Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items

At Chhail, every order is carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

As most of our products are jewelry, accessories, and customized gifting items, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To assess your claim, the following must be provided:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• A complete unboxing/opening video showing the parcel being opened from its sealed condition

Please note that claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Once your request has been assessed and approved, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Earrings
• Customised or personalised products
• Gift hampers containing consumable items
• Sale or clearance items
