We ship across all states and territories within Australia.

• Express Shipping: 1–4 business days (where available)

International Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping to selected countries.

International delivery times vary by destination and may be subject to customs processing, local regulations, and carrier delays.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available from Greystanes, Sydney, by appointment only.

Please contact us before placing your order if you wish to arrange pickup.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Chhail is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

• Check with household members or neighbours
• Contact your local courier office
• Reach out to us so we can assist with an enquiry

Chhail is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the courier.
